Prize winners of the Cruise Packages will be contacted via their marketing communications preferences or casino inbox by 03 March 2023 to arrange trip details
Should a winner not respond to our contact request within a period of three (3) working days or are uncontactable, they forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place.
The Double Cruise Package prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Should a winner not be able to attend the cruise, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place. Should a winner accept the prize but is not able to attend the cruise due to circumstances out of their control, a cash equivalent to 50% of the cruise cash cost will be offered as a consolation prize.
A player is only eligible to win 1 prize.
