Promotion Details

Snakes & Ladders Live Madness offers a total of €157,500 in cash prizes to be awarded to players between 4th September and 16th October 2024 in the form of: 42 x Daily Prize Drops, each with a Prize Pool of €3,750.
Terms and Conditions
  • Between 4th of September 2024 and 16th of October 2024, the Promotion will run exclusively on
    Snakes & Ladders Live (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include: 
  • A total of forty-two (42) daily prize drops (each a “Snakes & Ladders Daily Prize Drop”), with each Snakes & Ladders Daily Prize Drop running daily from every Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following  Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET. 
  • The Promotional Mechanics may be subject to change during the Promotion Term at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the Operators one (1) month before  implementation. 
  • The Participating Game may be subject to change during the Promotion Term at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the Operators one (1) month before implementation. 
  • During the Promotion Term, each prize drop and/or tournament will be referred individually as a promotion (“Promotion”). 
  • To participate in any Promotion, players must open the Participating Game and join/opt in.
  • The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is four million one hundred and sixty thousand Euros (€4,160,000). 
  • For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Promotion shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion. 
  • The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize table further below. 
  • All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term will be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements. In order to be eligible to participate in a Promotion, a player is required to place a  real money bet with a minimum of twenty Euros cents (€0.20)* or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”). 
  • Exceptions may apply to Argentina, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of eighteen Euros cents (€0.18). 
  • Only the first three hundred and fifty (350) Qualifying Bets per day within each Promotion (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be counted towards each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion. 
  • The Promotion rules and prize tables are built in the Participating Game. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
  • Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the Participating Game.
  • Prizes are paid out in the form of fixed cash amounts.
  • Players may win prizes during the Network Promotion Term according to the mechanics described
    below:
Prize Pool Snakes & Ladders Daily Prize Drop:
  1. Win criteria: Any real money bet placed with the required minimum stake in the Participating Game may trigger a random cash prize.
  2. Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of twenty-six thousand and two hundred fifty Euros (€26,250 in total, and an expected daily prize pool of three thousand and seven hundred-and fifty Euros (€3,750) across three hundred (300) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

General Rules:
  1. In order to take part in the Network Promotion, Operators must opt in during the Network Promotion Term. Players are required to join/opt-in in a game.
  2. Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of twenty-six thousand and two hundred fifty Euros (€26,250 in total, and an expected daily prize pool of three thousand and seven hundred-and fifty Euros (€3,750) across three hundred (300) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.
  3. In order to qualify for the Network Promotion, the Operator shall
    i) place at least one (1) banner with the main logo of the Promotion on its site(s),
    ii) include the “Drops & Wins” logo to the Participating Game and 
    iii) the Participating Game needs to be placed within the first three (3) positions in the Live Casino lobby.
    Additionally, three (3) email newsletters must be sent to inform players about the Network Promotions 
    throughout the Network Promotion Term. 
  4. The “Drops & Wins” logo or name and/or any other Pragmatic Play marketing material shall not be changed, altered, or modified in any way, unless expressly authorised in writing by Pragmatic Play.
  5. Components of the dedicated Network Promotion promo pack must be used on the Operators’ site(s), in newsletters and other media including social media.
  6. Where applicable, it shall be the responsibility of the platform provider to ensure all Operators opt into the Network Promotion. Pragmatic Play will be held harmless for the failure of the Operator to opt into the Network Promotion.
  7. Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play may, in its discretion, amend at any time.
  8. Pragmatic Play shall pay out an estimated four million one hundred and sixty thousand Euros (€4,160,000) in aggregate for the Network Promotion during the Network Promotion Term.
  9. It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.
  10. It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that Pragmatic Play‘s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the participating game is offered to players.
  11. In-game tool languages: Arabic, Armenian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
  12. In-game tool currency: Pragmatic Play’s games support all currencies included in the standard currency system ISO 4217 (“Available Currency”). 
  13. The minimum bet currency equivalent is to be found in a separate document attached in the dedicated Drops & Wins section for the Network Promotion called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, the minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the participating game. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion.
  14. The currency conversion rates equivalent is to be found in a separate document attached in the dedicated Drops & Wins section for the Network Promotion called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency[1]locked value is unavailable, then a system conversion rate locked in for the period of a Promotion will be used instead. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.
  15. The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
  16. Prize pay-outs may either be provided manually or automatically. This is dependent on the Operator’s method of integration.
  17. The Operator which has a manual pay-out of the prizes shall pay-out the winnings (fixed cash amount) prizes manually.
  18. The Operator which has automatic pay-out of the prizes will have the winnings (fixed cash amount prizes) paid out automatically to the player’s cash balance.
  19. Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.
  20. An Operator with a winning player(s) must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cash prize to the winning player’s account within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the relevant Promotion.
  21. Pragmatic Play will reimburse all Operators of any amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes by deducting such amounts from the relevant Operator’s invoice. Pragmatic Play will deduct any amounts for cash prizes according to the conversion of such amounts in EUR currency.
  22. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to thoroughly review players activities to identify any potential abuse. Pragmatic Play may require the Operator’s assistance in this review from a risk management perspective and to ensure fair play within our Network Promotion. If the review indicates abusive behaviour, Pragmatic Play reserves the right to forfeit any amounts paid to winning players, which will be communicated to the Operator and will not be deducted from the Operator’s invoice.
  23. Any players located in Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Sweden, and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.
  24. If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall  prevail.
  25. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
